BGM to Video Groundbreaking Three-Way U.S. Senate Candidate Debate for Broadcast on Ch. 75

Baltimore Grassroots Media (BGM) will be videotaping the first Maryland U.S. Senate candidate debate since the September 12th primary. The town hall forum will include the nominee of the emergent Green Party as well as those of the Democratic and Republican parties.
Green Party nominee Kevin Zeese—also endorsed by the Libertarian and Populist parties—will square off against Democrat Ben Cardin and Republican Michael Steele on Tuesday, October 3, 2006 from 7 PM - 9 PM at the Greater Baltimore Urban League, 512 Orchard Street in Baltimore. The forum is open to the public and will be broadcast on Baltimore City's public access TV Channel 75 within a few days.

Update: The U.S. Senate candidates debate will be broadcast on Ch. 75 on Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at 6 PM and will repeat at 8 AM the following morning. That day's edition of the daily news hour Democracy Now! regularly scheduled at those times will be broadcast immediately following the next day's Democracy Now!
