On Dec. 14, 2006 the
Board of
Incorporators met for the last time and finalized
their selection of the initial 13-member Board of
Directors of CMBC. The first meeting of the Board of
Directors was Feb. 1, 2007 at
Sojourner-Douglass College. Meetings are usually the
first Thursday of the month, usually at the Mayor's
Office of Cable and communications at 8 Market Place
in the second floor conference room. At their
Dec. 6, 2007 meeting the board voted
to expand to 15 members. The Board of Directors
members are:
