On Dec. 14, 2006 the Board of
Incorporators met for the last time and finalized
their selection of the initial 13-member Board of
Directors of CMBC. The first meeting of the Board of
Directors was Feb. 1, 2007 at
Sojourner-Douglass College. Meetings are usually the
first Thursday of the month. At their Dec. 6,
2007 meeting the board voted to expand to 15
members. Later the board voted to change the lower
limit on the number of board memebers. The Board of
Directors members are:
